Money Back Guaranty

1. To qualify for Money Back Guaranty any custom copper product must be delivered back unused and undamaged within fourteen days from its delivery. You will receive a refund value of the transaction less our shipping cost within five business days. You are responsible to cover shipping cost of the item being returned. Custom Copper will cover shipping cost to you and back in case we delivered a wrong product. By a wrong product we meant a different model or entirely different product. Since our output is custom made some discrepancy in color, finishing, texture and general look are expected and to be acceptable.

Requirements for Returning Products

2. The item must be shipped well packed and protected against damages.

3. You must provide a tracking number as soon as possible. Without the tracking number we have no way of knowing whether the product has been returned.

Damage Replacement Guaranty

4. Our policy covers damage during transportation only.

5. Buyers of large items such as copper range hoods, bathtubs and tables shipped as commercial freight are obligated physically inspect the cargo prior to signing a receipt certifying that the cargo was delivered in good condition. Failing to inspect the cargo, signing the receipt certifying receiving it in good condition and then discovering damages disqualifies the buyer from any damage claim as it will be assumed that the damage occurred after the delivery either by careless unpacking, inappropriate handling or unprofessional installation.

Custom Copper Liability

6. Custom Copper products are handmade. Imperfections and variations in copper finishing, shape, dimensions are expected. We cannot and will not guaranty matching patina colors nor hammering texture of products purchased separately.

Order Cancellation

7. You can cancel your order within 72 hours from the payment no questions asked. Any order canceled beyond 72 hour period from the payment date including returns carry 20% restocking fee. It is to cover production, packing and logistic costs.

8. All custom made product ales are final, no return nor refund is available unless the item was sent in error.
